Oberth Systems LLC ("Oberth Systems", "we," "us," or "our") operates a missed-call follow-up SMS service. When a caller contacts Back-Talk and the call is missed or goes to voicemail, a follow-up SMS may be sent to continue the conversation.
2. Opt-in method
Opt-in occurs when a caller places an inbound call to a Back-Talk user. The caller is informed via the outbound voicemail greeting that an SMS follow-up may be sent if the call is not answered.
3. Consent
By placing a call to a Back-Talk user and remaining on the line or leaving a voicemail, the caller consents to receive a follow-up SMS message related to their inquiry.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the caller's needs.
5. Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
6. Opt-out instructions
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS messages.
