No plan caps your agent count. Add as many as you need, mix plans across them, and each one is billed at its own rate, so three Pro agents is three times the Pro price. Every allowance above is per agent. Talk to us if you need multi-location or volume terms.
A text is a message in or out of a conversation, including reading a voicemail. Go past your allowance and the extras are 5c each on Solo and Pro, and 3c each on Business, added to your next invoice. You can watch what you have used in the app, and set a limit that stops your agent spending once the extras reach an amount you choose. Your calls and voicemails keep coming in either way.
